Detailed commissioning reports are prepared after the installation process is completed and then submitted to our clients. We ensure that installations are planned precisely as per our clients’ and site’s requirements and allocate suitable resources to deliver key parameters of quality, timeliness, and budget coupled with strict site safety compliance. We follow SOPs – Standard Operating Procedures – for consistent performance and high client satisfaction.
Our team is made up of experienced engineers and technicians. Supported by the latest software, hi-tech tools, instrumentation, quality procedures, trackers, and reporting systems, we have delivered projects across applications, industries, and geographies.
After sales service:
Excellent and prompt after-sales service forms the backbone of our business. We have a growing team of trained service engineers to deliver quick after-sales service. We believe in keeping track of all complaints, which concludes with a Customer Satisfaction feedback report. Our parts’ suppliers have a global presence supporting us with parts supply logistics as needed. All critical parts are also maintained in-stock to deliver service with minimum machine downtime.
Our warranty services include free inspections, routine maintenance and effective breakdown (both repair and preventive maintenance) services to minimise machine downtime. We also provide post-warranty services that include both comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMCs to maintain the machines in good working condition. A systematic problem resolution procedure is followed. It helps us track the progress of the complaint resolution effectively. Repeat orders from customers such as Volkswagen, Tata Motors, Bosch and ITC are a testament to our constant efforts in providing the best after-sales service.
